Wine-making: red wine-making classical method through marc steeping for 5/8 days and controlled temperature fermentation

Ageing: four compulsory months, and according to the producer’s opinion with short stop in the wood.

Colour: intense ruby red with slight violet nuances

Limpidity: bright

Smell: winey, persistent and characterized by the various smells of the original wine.

Flavour: excellent structure, soft and with a pleasant tannic feature.

Technical specification: 12,50% Alcohol, total ac 6g/l, volatile ac 0,50%/0,55g/l, 30/33 g/l extract
